Duckie Deck today is excited to announce the release and immediate availability of Baby Tunes 1.0, their brand new interactive app for toddlers that teaches about different sounds found in the child's environment. In this debut version of Baby Tunes, children can select different images of vehicles and listen to their corresponding sound effects. For example, the picture of a ambulance plays the sound of a siren.
Taking into consideration that children have more sensitive hearing, all sound effects are presented in a gentle, comfortable manner. By increasing familiarity, toddlers can become more attuned to recognizing these sounds in the "real-world."
* Simple easy-to-use interface
* Colorful and dynamic graphics
* Sound effects that comfortably educate
* Promotes independent play
* Develops hand-eye coordination and motor skills
* Compatible on all iOS devices
Baby Tunes features a basic yet engaging interface with brightly-colored and fun graphics. In addition to developing motor skills and hand-eye coordination, Baby Tunes promotes independent play. Toddlers can interact independently with the app or with the help of another. Like other educational games developed by Duckie Deck, Baby Tunes is completely kid-friendly and includes no additional advertisements.
"The world is full of sounds ranging from quiet hums to wailing sirens, and making sense of them is on the agenda for any curious youngster." says Marek Przystas, CEO of Duckie Deck. "Becoming familiar with different elements of their environment boosts a child's confidence in new situations. Baby Tunes 1.0 is the demo version. We intend to further develop the app and add more worlds to it."
"I've looked at a lot of games sites over the years." says Richard Byrne of Free Technology for Teachers. "Duckie Deck is better than most because it is ad-free and the games are clear and easy to follow."
Baby Tunes 1.0 is free and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Entertainment category.
