Habit List supports 3 kinds of schedules: Specific Days, Non-Specific Days, and Intervals. Users can schedule workouts M-W-F, bring lunch to work any 4 days per week, or write a blog post every 2-3 days.
Keeping streaks alive is a powerful motivator. Habit List shows positive and negative streak counts as users try to see how high they can go.

It's gratifying to cross items off a list. Completed items gray out and drop to the bottom so remaining habits are front and center, while still showing the day's accomplishments.
Habit List only shows what's due today, so there's no need to wade through the master list of habits to figure out what to do. The default order can also be set, so items that will be completed first are at the top of the list.
Habits are powerful because they're automatic, but reminders are indispensable while building routines.
A calendar for each habit shows history at a glance and gain insight into what's working - or isn't. Habit List also tracks personal bests (longest streak) and all-time completion rate.
