The Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Playground at ISTE 13 chose the Habits Pro 4.0 app to showcase UDL. Visitors to the playground can explore how apps, when chosen with intent, can support the design and delivery of UDL. The playground focuses on nine powerful app that each focus on one of nine Guidelines that define UDL. Habits Pro was chosen to support Guideline 9 - Options for Self-Regulation.
The ISTE 13 conference session Mobile Technologies, UDL & AT Playground takes place on Tuesday, 6/25/2013, 1:30pm-5:00pm, and is taught by Elizabeth Dalton, Rhode Island College, with Kendra Grant, Sublime Learning. The workshop addresses the central question "How can we help all students reach high standards?"
