GiggleUp today is pleased to announce the release of Happy Little Farmer 2.0 for iPad. The first ever app to help children learn about the world of nature through an interactive farming game hits the iTunes Store this week. GiggleUp, the creators behind award-winning kids app Interactive Telling Time, has released an educational game that offers great hands-on learning with a series of fun farm-themed activities.

In Happy Little Farmer, young players are invited to go on a journey to discover how plants grow. With up to 15 games, players engage with many ways of farming, including driving tractors, flying helicopters, and using different farming tools. From planting the seeds, to watering the plant, chasing away the bugs, harvesting fruit and other fun activities, kids can enjoy being a real little farmer. This app utilizes the many functions of mobile devices to allow more creative ways to play, including tapping, dragging, pinching, and tilting - while keeping the gameplay clean, simple and easy to grasp.

The delightful illustrations and animation are accompanied by an original background music track that includes popular children's nursery rhymes Itsy Bitsy Spider, If You're Happy and You Know It, Five Little Ducks, and Ten in the Bed. Extra features include a bonus treasure hunt game with collectible stickers that can be played over and over again. Happy Little Farmer strikes a good balance between education and play, its simplicity yet vast array of activities makes it ideal for children aged 3 to 8 years old.
