Loop today is proud to announce the global availability of its new iPad and iPhone app for businesses to get real-time customer feedback in the App Store and website. With Loop, businesses can survey their customers immediately on site instead of after the fact.
The business presents the customer with a tablet or places it in a visible location. "It's just too much work for most people to pull out their phones, type in a code, or remember after the fact. We created a way for people to interact with something that's right there," said Loop Co-Founder & CEO Rajit Marwah.
After downloading the app onto an iPad or iPad mini, the business can choose among survey and question templates depending on their industry or create their own. For now the mobile surveys are limited to only one page or five questions. "Consumers respond best to a simple, lightweight experience," explained Marwah.
A tablet is not required. Businesses can create a mobile survey on their phone and share it via a link, email, text, Twitter, or Facebook. All customer data is securely stored in the cloud. Once a survey is completed, the results and notifications are sent immediately to the phones of the managers and owners. From their smartphone the business can respond privately and view graphs. If there is no internet connection, the tablet still captures the customer responses and transmits them when a connection is re-established.
