New app Time to Move helps people stuck at desk
More and more people working from home or at a desk are living an increasingly sedentary lifestyle. People I've spoke with are suprised that hours go by and they have not moved.
A new app called Time to Move from Berry Wing LLC helps combat these motionless days.
Randomly throughout the day, Time to Move will suggest exercises that you can do at your desk. As you complete each exercise, your time is tracked. So you can see you can get 30 minutes of exercise in a day.
This way you can exercise at your desk, exercise in your cubicle, or exercise at home watching TV. These small steps will go a long way.

Great for cubicle-dwellers! Very user-friendly interface and the exercises are easy to do in a work environment. Makes it easy to get up from the computer and move. Easily worth the purchase price.
