To help users protect important photos and videos, Lunabee Pte Ltd today announces oneSafe Photos, its latest app for iPhone and iPad, with advanced security features such as AES 256, the highest level of encryption available. The new app safeguards personal pictures and private videos on a user's device inside a locked vault. oneSafe Photos also provides state-of-the-art security options such as autolock, self-destruction, a decoy safe, and break-in reports.
From the makers of the popular security apps oneSafe and Private Browser, oneSafe Photos features hardware encryption on top of the AES 256 bit encryption, the same as the US government uses for "Top Secret" documents. Users can lock the photo vault inside the app with the touch of a button so private information stays that way.
"oneSafe Photos is the only app you need to protect your important photos and videos from prying eyes, and we are very excited by this launch," said Olivier Berni, the managing director of Lunabee Pte Ltd., creators of the app. "We worked hard to deliver both a very secure and safe app as well as a great-looking and easy to use product."
Setting up oneSafe Photos is quick: users only need to choose a 4-digit PIN, password, or visual pattern. They can lock the vault with the touch of a button or automatically when they leave the app.
To add photos to the app's secret vault, users can take new pictures, choose from their library, or import from USB. A full screen mode makes viewing pictures more enjoyable.
To help users keep their photos organized, oneSafe Photos comes pre-loaded with common categories such as family, holidays, and video - just drop photos in to secure them. Users can add or edit categories to meet their needs, and include a description or change the visual theme.
The Smart Views feature and built-in search allow people to quickly find their photos. Important pictures can be marked as "favorites" so they can be found easily.
oneSafe Photos takes the security of users' photos very seriously. To be absolutely sure the photos are safe, the app features an option for double protection. This "vault within a vault" is designed to protect highly valuable information and is only accessible after entering a second password.
Features of the oneSafe Photos app include:
- Safeguard photos and videos - Protect important files with industry-leading AES 256 bit encryption
- Easy to use - Adding photos is simple and the vault can be locked with the touch of a button
- Double protection - A highly secure area protected by a second password keeps highly sensitive information safe
- Be organized - Group photos into custom folders, and search or find favorites easily
- Advanced features - State-of-the-art protection includes autolock, self-destruction, a decoy safe, break-in reports, and more
oneSafe Photos is currently available for sale worldwide through the App Store in the Photo & Video category for $0.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies). Review copies are available upon request.
