Hugely popular iPad app, Tapose, launches collaboration contest that puts user creativity on display. Zanther, Inc., creators of the immensely popular iPad application, Tapose, unveiled a new contest today which urges users to submit screenshots of how they're using the application's primary feature, Journals, on Twitter using hashtag #MadeWithTapose or to contact Zanther online.
The contest encourages users to showcase their creativity, as well as share different ways to utilize Tapose's unique features. One winner will be chosen weekly for the next four weeks. Winners will receive a $100 iTunes gift card, and will have their screenshots shared on the Tapose website. The first winner will be selected on Friday, May 11th and is open until Friday, May 25th.
"Collaboration is not only the center of Tapose, but the center of creation and learning for Tapose users. We wanted to give our users the opportunity to showcase how they use and collaborate with Tapose which in turn helps the productivity of the entire community," said Tapose co-founder Ricky Drake.
Tapose saw a tremendous amount of support from the iPad community upon launch, and quickly reached a spot in the top five paid iPad applications. Tapose, which unites content creation with collaboration, attributes its initial success to hitting a sweet spot in the productivity market. Tapose 1.0.3 is $2.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Productivity category.
