Spanish studio, Play Creatividad announced that its App iPoe Collection Volume 1, the unique experience of Edgar Allan Poe stories, will be free for a limited period of time. The stories are presented in a classic typeface on slightly aged paper that gives the App a traditional look. But you'll discover that this isn't a conventional book when you swipe to pages with macabre illustrations that hook you, animations that make the horror alive and the original soundtrack brings you closer to the stories. You'll really feel Poe's horror while reading!

The application, created by Spanish studio Play Creatividad, is available in Spanish, English and French and consists of two volumes. The first (free for limited time) includes The Oval Portrait, The Masque of the Red Death, The Tell-Tale Heart and Annabel Lee, and the second volume includes some of the best known stories like The Black Cat, Hop-Frog and The Raven. Available for iPhone, iPod and iPad (requires iOS 4.3 or later), the App takes full advantage of the devices' capabilities creating a stunning audiovisual experience.

iPoe Collection, winner of a PIA (Publishing Innovation Awards) among other international recognitions, presents a new way to experience reading where illustrations, animations and soundtrack invite you to delve, as never before, into the macabre stories of Edgar Allan Poe.

Turn off the lights, grab your headphones and get ready to discover the iPoe experience! Furthermore Play Creatividad offers the possibility to download the wallpapers, with the stunning illustrations of David Garcia Fores, and the original soundtrack, by Teo Grimalt, from the website.
