Just in time for Halloween My Virtual Girlfriend and My Virtual Boyfriend, the popular iOS games from WET Productions, are being updated to offer Zombie Girlfriends and Boyfriends willing to pledge their "undying" love. The update also provides a few other improvements including a character editor. Both games are available on the App Store for a limited time with a discounted price of $0.99.
"Back in January, 2011, MSNBC published an article titled: "My Virtual Girlfriend' is real-world creepy", I found the article to be humorous and tasteful, and was inspired to exploit that idea. So with this update we added zombie Girlfriends and Boyfriends, in hopes of making it even creepier. So to celebrate, we dropped the price to .99 cents and got it out just in time for Halloween, but zombies are always fun any time of year," said Mike Amerson, WET Productions developer.
