I have to agree even with a normal ear, this is probably way to loud to make any animal or person want to be anywhere near it when it emits. To be frank, my friend DELETED the program after using it just once near me which sent me to the doctors office the next day. I was diagnosed with "barotrauma" because of this program's high pitch sound. If you make an application, you really should have some experience in dog training before creating something like this because this sound so loud its PAINFUL. No animal would want to "COME" to someone holding something emitting a noise that loud.

I have a health condition that makes me a little more responsive to high pitches than a normal person.
