problem with push notification

have you ever faced this problem with push notification that  If you have multiple push messages coming in to you phone, only the latest one will be shown on the screen. And even when you unlock your phone, it's hard to tell which push messages have come in. Though you can set a badge on app icons to let you know there is a message, if it was overridden by another message, you are forced to open the app to figure out what it was.

I have new iPhone 3G S and I will get push sometimes, but sometimes I go for hours with no email coming in. If I hit the email icon it starts checking. Usually there is email in the inbox that I didn't know was there. Very intermittent. Apple tech support had me do all kinds of resets then finally a restore of software from itunes. Still not fixed.

Move to the apple tech again and say that it is not fixed yet. There are no other options you got beside going to them and personally I do not like to move to apple store but nothing else can be done in such case.

Please make sure notifications for Ping Chat turned on in your device’s settings. Please go to Settings -> Notifications -> Ping Chat!, and make sure Sounds, Alerts and Badges are turned on. Please download http://itunes.apple.com/us/app…..10260?mt=8 and perform a push test first, and then report the result back to us. You should be pressing the “Timed Push Test”, not the “Local Push Test”. If the push test is successful and you are still not getting pushes notifications for Ping Chat, and then upgrade your phone, restores the iOS, or change device. Push will sometimes break because of that. To fix it, please unregister your Ping Chat! ID and re-register it back again. If the push test fails, it means your push is broken and you need to contact AppleCare to get it fixed.
