And, well, that is what Jiyuka is.

Pharce: Pictures Worth More Than A Thousand Words
Pharce - Sometimes I look at pictures on my iPhone and think "if only I could animate the mouth somehow and make this photo speak."

Night Vision Amplifies the Light at Night
As you might suspect from its title, Night Vision is intended to enhance the details of objects in photos taken in low-light. The app maps the image to a green spectrum, evidently the most sensitive spectrum for the eye can see. At least that's how Satchkov explains it. If you've ever seen images viewed through night vision goggles, you'll get the idea.

iSteam Lets You Make Steamy Art
When I first bought my iPhone, the most common question people asked me besides “How much is your monthly bill” was “Have you seen iBeer?” Silly and useless, yes, but people love iBeer.
PocketArnold Provides Riotous Fun!
PocketArnold - I’ll admit that I’m a huge Arnold Schwarzenegger fan. Not so much from his current role as the governor of my state of “Kah-lee-foh-neea,” but rather, the many years of mindless action movies featuring his classic one-liners.
