Happy Holidays everyone. Christmas, Chanukah and Kwanzaa are just around the corner and no doubt the kids in your family are buzzed to the extreme.
Although it has a decidedly Christmas theme, LaunchKidz’s JingleJumble will likely appeal to every kid under the age of 10 or thereabouts.
JingleJumble is an electronic take on the old mix-and-match game we used to play back in the days when we all trudged through the snow to school, up hill both ways.
Remember? Slide three strips of glossy paper back and forth to put a woman’s legs on a fat man’s body and pumpkin for a head. You know, wild and crazy stuff that kept us occupied for hours, despite it’s simplicity.
JingleJumble does the same thing except it mixes and matches parts of Santa, elves, reindeer, Mrs. Claus and other characters in a variety of outfits.
There’s also an arcade version of JingleJumble where the kiddies must match up body parts within a set amount of time.
The graphics are nicely rendered and the sound effects, which can be controlled, are infectious.
It’s free. Get it while you can and hope it keeps the little ones occupied until the big day arrives.
