China Mahjong (1.99 on appstore) is the only one featuring english language, and the developer says he's working on more fetaures including multiplayer. And there's one more from Hudson, but it is all in japanese. I really hate these solitare mahjong games, but was extremely happy to find China Mahjong for it's reasonable price so I can play the classic 4-player mahjong on my iPod Touch.
