Lifestyles of the rich and famous, that's where we all want to be right? Well, maybe not all of us, but I'm going to assume that a few might want to get there and one way to do that is to play the stock markets. And one app that can help is MetaTrader 4. The foreign exchange market trading platform allows users to trade currencies with any of the more than 350 forex brokers that use the MetaTrade 4 trading platform.
Trading is not for everyone and shouldn't be taken lightly. There are a ton of books and online tutorials and I highly suggest checking those out before diving in. Pip, or a very small measure of change in a currency pair in the forex market, is something that should be in your vocabulary. Talk to a broker too. After that, setup an account with one of the brokers MetaTrader 4 uses and then download and login with those credentials. The broker has to be on the list or the user will get a note saying to contact their broker to ask them to join the list.
The beauty of this app is that it takes your forex trading mobile. And from what I understand, this type of trading is a full-time job and changes every second. That's why the real-time quotes of financial instruments is crucial to making breakneck speed decisions. The app also features the full set of trade orders, including pending orders. You can also trade directly from the chart and view your entire history of trading.
In addition, the app offers a full library of technical analysis with real-time interactive charts with zoom and scroll. All information will be at your finger tips with 30 technical indicators, including Average True Range, Bollinger Bands, Commodity Channel Index and more. I'm definitely not a trading genius, but if I were to start dabbling in forex, I'd probably want this app as my righthand trading partner.
Even if you don't have an account with a broker yet and just want to see what forex trading is all about, MetaTrader 4 gives you access to all of its features with a dummy demo account. I lost all my virtual money in a matter of minutes, but I learned a valuable lesson. Virtual money is a lot better to loose than hard earned cash. For its simple user interface and robust feature set, MetaTrader 4 contains a lot of potential for the trader wanting a mobile solution.
