Wouldn’t have thought to go to the “DVD” tab to do a search. I verified that it does work, but i would suggest making the functionality more apparent to a first time user.

I am the developer of the app, and would like to make a point about the last part of the review (movie search).

If you go to the DVD tab, at the top there is a “New Releases on DVD” (selected by default) and “Search”. If you tap Search, you can search for ANY movie in Flixster’s database of over 70,000 movies. If you tap on the movie you want, you get the familiar Movie Details page. If the movie is playing in theaters, you should see a link to “Tickets & Showtimes”. In addition, if you choose a movie from the main “Box Office” tab, you get a Showtimes page which lists the times that the movie is playing in your area.
