While I have always considered myself to be on the higher end of the pop culture nerd scale (I actually cried during X-Men: last stand), I have never gotten into the role playing games (RPG) craze.

Without being an expert on positive psychology or the benefits of journaling, it’s difficult to speak to the benefits of recording emotions and thoughts in a journal or diary. Benefit or no, if you’re interested in keeping a journal then doing so on your mobile device seems the most practical way.
I live by the simple mantra that nothing is certain in life except death, taxes and the zombie apocalypse. I admit that I may be exaggerating a bit about the certainty of the of zombie apocalypse, but if it does happen I want to be prepared.
