We came across an app that has flown completely under the radar (as many of them do) and were instantly reminded of the 1980s Hasbro party game Scattergories. This Bluetooth rendition for iPhone and iPad, called Words By Letter – Multiplayer, formerly known as Categories Game, is a basic likeness that can be played locally as well as through Game Center.

I'm a big fan of Foursquare and while I like leaving "tips" at the places I check-in at and earning badges such as "I'm on a boat", I've always wanted more integration of a rating system for the places I've explored kind of like Yelp offers.

Don't be fooled by the cute little fuzziness in Teddy Tumble for iPhone because you'll soon realize that its cuteness is out shined by 90 levels of ultra fun addictive gameplay. With similar game theory as Angry Birds and Cut the Rope, this physics-based puzzler puts quite the twist on sliding, turning and bumping Teddy through the maze and to the clean clothesline.
With an E3 debut earlier this year and a Game Critics Award nominee nod, Contre Jour HD is an epic mix of art and immersive gameplay. This is one game that I've been waiting for all year and it's way better than I could have imagined.
