This app scans very fast, even before its completely focused and works great. Bad review!

Are you serious… Maybe he needs to try again when he is sober. Either doesn't scan the bar code at all (steadiness? lighting?), or doesn't recognize the product (database doesn't contain older products?). Good luck with your new purchase, eBay.

Was hoping to use this to build a lost of books and CDs I own. No joy. It seems to work fine for me.I have noticed lately that a few store apps have started to use this technology. Target for example has a scanner built into their app now. I would prefer to use an app like this because I am sure Target and others aren't going to tell you the cheapest place to buy a stocked item other than their store.I hope this technology has the ability to stay separate and not beholding to any specific commercial enterprise. Otherwise it will turn into just another way for somebody to show ads.

I use this application every once in awhile. However it is striking how few barcodes it actually recognises - not even my iphone...The database badly needs a major expansion.

I also have absolutely no issues with this app reading bar codes – it works like a charm for me. It works like a charm and most of the time finds what I just scanned. The only issue I have with it is that most products can only be found online - not locally.

Actually, I have had this app for some time and have not encountered any of the problems that the author talks about.
