Texas Hold'em poker has been an extremely popular version of poker. Recently it became the most played game of poker and often involves professionals and amateurs playing for large amounts of cash.
THTouch does not involve actual gambling, but puts you up against 2-9 computer guided players with fake chips. THTouch allows you to play with computer-guided players to help you generate a common knowledge of the game anywhere you are. This application can be used as a training guide while on the train or on a plane, but it can also help you pass the time.
THTouch allows you to fold, call, check, bet and raise with the slide of a finger. It took me a little bit to get the hang of the motions, but it was not a difficult process to learn. The screen, which only works in horizontal mode, offers a clear view of the table. When betting or raising you stack the chips up naturally and it helps you keep count of the chips at all times. THTouch also has an auto-save feature that allows you to continue your last game at any time.
The only downfall that I can see with THTouch is that there are no directions readily available on the application. You have to go to the THTouch website in order to see what motions mean what. With that said, it's still a great application for learning to play better poker or just to past time. So, if you like poker, don't let the $.99 price tag stop you from buying the THTouch poker app.
